I had a nice birthday. I woke up to Ryan making me crepes and enjoyed breakfast with him before he left to work. I spoiled myself by going to Kid-to-Kid and bought some cute baby clothes for our little guy. Tahlia planned a fun girls day where we watched Enchanted and she painted my toe nails (which was wonderful as I can't bend over very well and it felt great!). And then that evening we had a BBQ by the pool and enjoyed my birthday cake. Thanks to everyone that made me feel special. I really enjoyed all the phone calls that day as well.
I made a chocolate ice cream cake with different toppings. It turned out nicely and tasted great.
One year older and wiser too, Happy Birthday to me :)
